 How Studying Abroad can Change Your Life



 

What I really learn after I heard about Mr. Alex Experiences is we should have a higher education. People still go to university because they want to have a better life with the university degree that they had in the future. Barack Obama said, “there are those people who say we cannot afford to invest in science and higher education that people support for research is somehow luxury.” Higher education is more essential for our prosperity, our security, our environment in our quality of life. Higher education helps us to understand because the world is becoming anytime more complex every day. So, higher education can really fit in society and we can contribute to making it better. Because, HRD will see our educational background, potentials, and experiences that we had. That’s why we should have a higher education. Most companies will be considering you with your skills in your CV. Is that your potential can fit with the companies or not?

     We can add studying abroad too. By studying abroad we can get knowledge and experience such as a new language and culture. Studying abroad can be really beneficial to us. Because, there’s so many different aspect in each country especially culture aspects. Maybe it sounds a bit scary when we should live in another country without know the cultural background. But that’s a point, that’s a whole advanture. So, when we’re getting older we can get the experience. Studying abroad is not only about improving your academic knowledge but also more complete with your human experience and that is really important. After we finished our studying abroad and come back to our country, usually we can get more self-motivated, self-initiative, how to talk with foreigners with a different language, and how to solve a problem. Lastly, keep improves your profile and your chance in life will keep the door open and you can enter a company that you have been dreaming since you were a kid. And when you’re working, the most important thing is what’s behind it and what does it to you.
